Annual General Meeting
November 21, 2024
Our AGM will be at Winakwa CC in Windsor Park in the Linda Boyd Studio from 7-9PM on November 21st 2024. Doors open at 6:45PM. Position of SOHL Secretary will be voted on. The SOHL Secretary is one of the 4 positions on the Executive and is an important position with duties that include our registration and recording minutes of the Board of Directors meetings. You may nominate any current player in the SOHL at the AGM for this position. The Executive has been discussing this role with some players already but feel free to reach out to any of the Executive or Board of Directors which include all team captains. We had hoped to provide notice of changes to our SOHL Constitution and ByLaws for this AGM but we want to get this right and instead of rushing permanent changes we will have this on the agenda in 2025. We want to discuss our 40th Anniversary plans for March 15th 2025 and the 40th Anniversary spring tournament. We need help to pull all of this off and make the 40th celebrations a success and fun time. All players in the SOHL are recommended to attend.
